My BITCH is pregnant

yep while we were in Jamaica...my 2 dogs mated, she a mal-shi, he a chi-shi, they locked at least 7 times according to the doggy nanny...she is due in the next 2 weeks..i can feel the puppies kicking its amazing..I dunno how many there are, seems like at least 5 she is really filling out this last week...i'll take her for an x-ray next week... I built her a whelping box out of an old TV box but space is small around here, hoping everything will go well..according to all the youtube videos we should just let mother nature take its course...stand by and be prepared, me i m getting kinda nervous now

I m not a breeder this is the first time I m gonna witness puppy birth...any advise? tips etc

i know the puppies are gonna be cute, just hope they are all healthy

Hopefully none of them come out breach, but once she is done nursing and the babies are feeding on their own you should get them spayed and nutered. then once the puppies are old enough get them spayed and nuterued as well.

since i already own 2 dogs and live in a condo, I won't be able to keep more than 1 puppy..its up to the new owner of the puppies to spay or neuter the dogs

I m thinking about keeping 1 and selling the rest. Todays vet visit was $330 for 2 x-rays and consultation. I'm hoping & praying that she doesn't need a c-section, cuz thats $2500.
