My IP address was banned for no apparently reason

Most bulletin board software matches IP addresses and if two or more logins share the same IP, then they block that login or IP. Not sure if HUBGFE does that, but other boards certainly do.

That doesn't really work as easily anymore. People using Smartphones can share the same IP address. Mods should do a reverse IP look-up on the IP before issuing an IP ban. You can't block mobile phone IP's without accidentally blocking a legit user.

Since almost all smartphones systems map to one simple Class A address, or to the public IPs, it's easy to know which is sending based on either MAC or IMEI. Both are contained in the headers.

Most of the apps that do reverse look up IP's for forum softwares truncate the extra numbers from SmartPhones' IP's. You get a shorten IP adresssfor mobile users that does not show the MAC address portion.

Most Reverse IP forum add-ons will show 5 members as having the same IP address with no way of differentiating them.

None the 3 party tracker apps would help mods or admins the way they work today.

I've experienced a lot of problems re: CloudFare.

I use my cell and when I type in the verification numbers required it simply doesn't work. I don't repost my ad because there are problems with the coding/editing and then I get CloudFare and it doesn't work. This is why I reply to the same post all the time to update my availability. Now I have to add replies because it won't let me edit my first reply. My cell's software won't support Tapatalk and frankly I'm beyond frustrated with this situation. All I get told is that CloudFare's been consulted and I shouldn't be having these problems.

If anyone has knowledge that can rectify this I'd greatly appreciate it!

My WIND stick doesn't work at the incall (bad reception) and I'm not paying for service there. By the bye, I also experience the same problem(s) on my laptop at a coffee shop, etc. Like I said, I'm beyond frustrated with this matter. If anyone can offer a solution I'd greatly appreciate it!

What about using your cell as a mobile hotspot instead of using Windstick? I heard Wind Mobile has really crappy signals, so if your cell is with Wind too then nevermind.

For the second time I've had the same issues re: coding/editing my ad using my laptop and tethering my cell to my computer uses way too much juice, running up my cell bill. For the love of God does anyone with technical savvy have an actual solution for me?

Hello,

I have asked you in the past if you could send me a HAR file and never received anything from you so I assumed the issues were resolved. If you could follow the directions here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044-How-do-I-generate-a-HAR-file and either PM me or send an email with the file output we can look into it further. Without this file no one will be able to do anything.

Also if you are having issues with your code for your ads you could create a template once and edit it as needed using Post templates https://www.hubgfe.com/community/sh...Post-Template-Option-for-Ads-Reviews-amp-PM-s
