Currently I'm alcohol and drug free for 20 years, doing a pretty good job controlling my food intake, sex... well age has helped me control that a bit, I've disposed of a lot of my unnecessary tools, and I'm slowly sorting out my books...

Its an ongoing process of balancing my addictive nature.
