Hi guys and girls.

I live in Toronto and driving away tomorrow to Wasaga then Muskoka (3 day event). Taking my laptop and will need to connect to the internet when I am there. I use bell from home and wondering how can I hook up to the internet for those days.

I heard you can buy a stick-flash as they call them but that is for monthly use. Any other alternatives?

Thanks much.

Bell offers dial up services in many locations, check their website for ones in those areas.

You might also look at retailers who offer free wifi. When I first moved to Muskoka and it was taking a dog's age to get my place set up, I went to a local eatery and used theirs. Then I found out the library offers free wifi lol.

Where are you staying? Most hotels and motels have free wifi for guests.

If you're staying at a cottage it depends on where you are. A lot of areas are still without high speed.

Thanks for your reply Tboy. Staying at friends' cottages in three different locations each day. All between Wasaga and Muskoka. Will give bell a call. I guess they can tell me which areas have internet access.

Depending on where you are, maybe your friends have net access at the cottages? I know most of my friends up here have it (along with cable) but there are some that still don't have it.
