I used to have Flipp on my phone, but I really check out the flyers (the paper ones) on Thursdays and I wasn't using the app much, so I deleted it. I think I needed the space for Angry Birds or Pokemon or something equally useful.

In BC there were a few cities and towns that were 1-3 cents cheaper per litre, and in the Lower Mainland near Vancouver, there was quite a difference in price from one area to another, so an app like that is useful there.

The price paid in Toronto is rarely the same price we pay here in Oshawa/Whitby. Even Pickering/Ajax can be .05 cents per litre different than it is here, sometimes higher, sometimes lower.

Gas is usually about 3c cheaper in Vaughn near Canada's Wonderland.

So, these apps, basically these companies are paying you for information.
@cristycurves, there's already an app for escorts! We write reviews here and get entered into contests. Isn't that the same thing or similar to GasBuddy? They should rename the site to EscortBuddy!
