When I lived at Third Line and QEW, I had neighbors like this. They were renters. The neighborhood was very nice but it was a continuous fight with these people. I put the for sale sign up after 6 months of moving in as vermin like this are impossible to evict. 3 years later, I ran in to my neighbor on the other side, very nice gentleman and he said that they were still there and the people who bought my house are stressed to the max with them.
