The Neighbour's from Hell! Will be allowed back to their residence in 2012.

This is incredible that this father and son team were able to terrorize an entire neighbourhood with the assistance of a street punk and a pitbull. They have both done time and were banished from the neighbourhood for three years, but are eligible to return in 2012. The neighbours are frightened of reprocussions already.
