Yes, I realize that these are current codes but the rise/run of stairs has not changed. If I had to prove it in court (which it seems you want me to do). I could probably get ahold of a copy of codes from 30+ years ago and it would have the same chart in it.

However I must note that the chart has changed in the past. Before 1970 it would have been in inches not metric but I don't think that really matters.

Time to privatise Canada Post before no one wants it.

Walk into a mail depot at 7 am. and I think you would be very surprised how much mail is actually in the facility.

I guess you want to pay more for a stamp because NO PRIVATE company can afford to deliver your mail to Yellowknife or even Jane and Finch at the current price. Also if we take your doom and gloom outlook of Canada Post, what private venture capitalist would dare invest in a dinosaur of a company?

Every Christmas I leave a Christmas card with a $20 Tim Horton's card for my mailman and I can't say I've ever had an issue. He's been coming for years now , always smiling and at the same time every day.
