New Transgender Superhero in Comic industry

I am a big fan of transgender folks, for I like when supply - in any segment of any marketplace - increases. Very good for consumers in those segments. But, in terms of T's being pushed on society the way they are being forced fed to the public, I disapprove.

Anyways, I watch alot of transgender porn. So, google often suggests stories to me that they think will interest me. Today, I was fed this story about the new Transgender comic hero named Chalice.

Even if all the school libraries and publicly funded institutions buy 10 copies each, I still don't think this superhero will gain in popularity.

As a proponent of a free market and a self-professed "liker" of trans people, why do you see a problem with it? Also, are you even a comic fan? Why do you care?

I know that superheroes have become mainstream but there's tons of them who have stayed firmly in geek culture: Marshall Law, Armor, Megalith, the DNAgents... Those are just some of the one I read, and there were so many more.

Everyone should have their heroes.
