The suit states the events were racially motivated, saying that United “wrongfully singled out Ms. Obioma and her children because they were blacks and punished them publicly because a white man did not want them on the plane.”

The woman, Queen Obioma, said it was intentional discriminated against because of her race and needed to get her kids Starbucks Scholarships to amend for the wrong doing that has been done to them.

The family was flying from Nigeria to Canada in 2016 when they had to switch planes in Houston.

Mmm How do you get to Nigeria from Huston? That's a 16-20 hour flight, they probably had least 5 hours preparation to get on that flight, get the kids ready say good byes and head to air port, check in, pass security and all that. What's the temperature in Nigeria? and what yummy food do they serve on those flights.

But would I ask the person to be booted off the plane? No. Because that's too harsh.

I would love to see anyone who suggests that one individual should have to travel in that environment, would then volunteer to give up their seat, and sit beside the stench.
