Made with Love

No name brands.

For the most part, I price match between freshco (sobeys), basics (metro) and frills (loblaws) then there are specialty stores forginos (fortinos), lococos, zarkys, starsky, beach road meats and VG meats (very-good-meats)

I grew up with the Fortino and Zarcone kids, GA Love foods=the barn now metro started as part of the Hamilton Farmer's market and Longos is a Hamilton brand too.

I am picky about meat so it's usually lococos or very good meats ( great butcher)

Canned stuff is all the same, so no frills is the cheapest, it's all within .20 of each other but always good to save a buck or two and put it towards the next SP episode:wink2:

I would normally say yes that all canned goods are basically the same but I had some store brand carrots and green beans that tasted kinda funny so since then, I've stayed away......
