Ya, I guess hiring only smokers would not matter at all..... as it could not even get that far.

However, having said that, I don't think you can hire smokers only,or girls only, or whites only, etc..... I think that point is pretty obvious. Sometimes reality is what is and you just have to suck it up. Countries all around the world are or have banned smoking in certain areas. That is way it is. Sorry Smokers.
