Its not "plastics" that should be banned, but the scum who pollute the planet with "plastics".

Can, and should some plastics like grocery bags be eliminated, yes, but its NOT the garbage climbing out of the blue box in my garage, and then laying on the side of the road, or on a beach somewhere, its the "garbage" who throw it there.
