Not sure if right location - Banner Help ??

Hi everyone I'm kinda new to HUBGFE, and one thing I've never been savvy with is banners, Is there someone out there that might be able to help me create a banner, create one for me, or point me in the direction of where I can obtain one =) any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

I don't know how to make a functional flashy banner, but I can help make you a simple static banner if you like.

If you want something quick there are plenty of banner making websites out there.

Depending on the web designer they can make banners for under $100 but then there is also the website fiverr where you can get things done literally for $5.
