I've been to a few of those parties and came out clean and safe.

Sounds like someone is out to get the owner, but why don't they just evict the wrong doer's. They do that at bars, at other places where illicit or "indecent" behaviors are carried on

I wouldn't want my kids observing people having sex in the pool, or swimming in water where some guy just shot his load.

The family section should be totally separate from the adult only section, imo.
