observation and question

So I've been in the SP hobby for a while now. Enough to see the local industry go from an outcall basis to an incall basis.

I've noticed at two incall agencies, the girls are always upbeat and ready to play. Through conversation, I've discovered that most of the girls seem to enjoy what they do and like to have fun while working. What's even better, they all seem down-to-earth and are even friends with one another.

Then there's two other major agencies I've used and I've noticed whenever I visit, the girls never seem all that happy and while the service may be good in sack, it always seems a little mechanical and rushed.

I'm not looking to make any trouble or offend anyone so the agencies I'm talking about will remain anonymous. Just thought I'd point out my observation and ask you guys: have you noticed anything similar?

I hobby but hate to write reviews. I have noticed the same thing and good for you not to mention the agencies. All I can say is the older agencies have a better working enviroment. Not sure if it is because of experience or not being as greedy.

I do know of an agency or two that does not give their girls enough time during "the next John" and they demand for them to see at least 5 Johns per day.

I've also heard that some threaten the girls that if they jump ship they will tell their family.

I'm often surprised at how few agencies/MPs/SCs operate like real businesses, using basic management principles. Makes sense that those that do tend to stand out.

One of the reasons why I tend to gravitate towards indy girls. :???:

Understanding that indies have a different set of issues, (usually communication related), but generally speaking always had a great experience when I did hook up. :great:

Yes but that also includes in all fields of work. Not just this industry. There are the good ones, bad ones and the really bad ones.

I am guessing you are talking about the more busier agencies. I would think if a woman has gone through 5 guys a day and you catch her on her 4th straight day of working, dude you are in for a robot going through the motions and I can't say I can blame her.

Yes and no. There are 7 to 8 to agencies depends on who you ask.

I've noticed your observation as well, I know the 2 agencies you are talking about, definitely a happy atmosphere at their incalls.
