What is this training for? so when they're shoot irl they can compare the feeling of real bullets to plastic pellets?. Were the teachers supposed to tackle the police officers conducting the drill?. To show how fast an active shooter can move throughout the school while shooting/reloading. Makes the training more realistic to move your ass out of the building or barricade the room?. Or some dumb old white people shit.
This is fear mongering. News networks and politicians are deliberately arousing people's fear and alarm of school shootings to gain attention, despite the actual relative frequency of these events being extremely low and not worth worrying about. And that's without even considering the fact that this disproportionate exposure encourages copycat. If an incel shoots up a school, they KNOW their cringe manifesto is gonna be all over the news. It's fear mongering and it's literally implicitly sacrificing future shooting victims for publicity.
