It could be faked, but that M58 is really only good for what's in front up close and it's probably put down low for effect. Her oral accompaniment could have picked up by a second mic. At TIFF, I've put a few RF mics on presenters and MCs in some very personal places and it's amazing what/where they come up with to place it.
