Why not? She has far more experience socially, and as a journalist, than moron did. With her connections and her articulate and thoughtful intelligence, she would also be an amazing ambassador to other nations. I couldn't dream up a better person.

I agree with the article. Political figures need to be political and not celebs.

They are celebs for a reason. Because they are good at talking in a crowd. Her voice would carry for sure, but she has no experience with politics, the games, the hardships, etc.

I love Oprah. I think she is a strong powerful woman, but we need a political strong powerful woman. Not a celeb.

Now Michelle Obama - she would be a different story. She knows the political ring, the house, the games, everything. She speaks and a crowd stares in silence soaking up every word. Just like Oprah. Michelle would get my vote.

With so many people in the USA, why do they feel it is necessary to nominate the same people or within their family members to run for presidency. Just a little too weird/bizarre for me...Bush....Clintons....gosh please not Ivanka or anyone from Trump's family. Now Obama's????? I hope Michelle would quash any rumours about the idea of running for it. Again there has to be wonderful potential well qualified Americans to choose from if they decide to run for presidency.

She is not running. I just posted her in comparison to Oprah because they are very similar. But Michelle actually has political experience. That was my main point.
