TORONTO - A video of a youth shamelessly relieving himself on an apparently homeless man is attracting lots of attention online.
The viral video appears to have been shot in Hogtown, but whether or not it’s staged remains a mystery.

The 27 seconds of footage, posted on www.worldstarhiphop.com, is titled “Real Or Fake? Cold-Hearted Thug Urinates On Sleeping Homeless Man In Downtown Toronto!”
It begins with a black youth, his hair pulled back in a bushy ponytail and jeans pulled halfway down his buttocks, casually approaching a man who is asleep on the sidewalk next to a building that appears to be the Eaton Centre.

Then for 17 seconds the young man urinates on the homeless man’s head, soaking his hair and side of his face.
In the background, numerous youths can be heard laughing hysterically.
The homeless man remains asleep throughout the video.

Toronto Police say they are aware of the video.
“We have initiated a complaint on our own and we are investigating,” Const. Tony Vella said Tuesday.
In its first day up on the web, the video had more than 117,000 views as of 7 p.m.

It had also been tweeted 148 times, received 628 Facebook likes and had countless comments.
“Don’t see how this is funny in any way, shape, or form,” DMVOriginal posted. “This is just incredibly sad, hopefully karma gets to him.”

“What a piece of human garbage,” wrote TTFN.
Others doubted the video’s authenticity.

“Sounded like he was squeezing a bottle of water if you listen closely,” posted sida ben.

The next generation of thieves. Can't believe the others laughing in the background.

Spanking - absolutely. Kids need to learn respect for other people.

The only reason this is news is because someone filmed it.
I'll bet most street people have a story about being abused or humiliated by someone, it ain't new.

Hey, let me punish the little bastard!

&

Those in the backround can get the same punishment.

Go to the 1 minute mark!

He should be sat in a chair and have a few cops take turns pissing on him!

It's been happening for years but now these boys have to be held accountable for. The power of technology will make it a better world.

I hope.
