Owners Lose Possessions After Home Near Twentynine Palms Is Mistakenly Foreclosed

Wells Fargo ..... they'll try to get by with an apology but if there is any justice they'll be sued for theft, willful destruction of property, and pain and suffering. The Tjosaas will be well lawyered up really soon I'm sure.

They will settle out of court for one million.

Wishful thinking. They have lawyers that will keep this going for years.
Can they afford their lawyer till, is the proper question.

Yes they may but at the same time the lawyer will be working on a contingency.
Wells Fargo has supposedly been up to this kind of shit a lot recently.

I hope the family becomes very wealthy because of this corporation's negligence!

No it's gonna go to court, the judgement will be for 10+ million and the lawyer will take 30%

with some of the judge's decisions lately I wouldn't bet on that......so many now are so inept that the judge would probably dismiss the case as a "clerical" error....

But I agree, there should be criminal charges pressed against those responsible. I mean, where are the checks and balances to prevent shit like this?

Now, I bet the error occured when some menial low paying clerk typed in 64 pinemeadow lane instead of 34.......even still, I can't understand how they could "think" they held paper on a property when the people not only didn't have a mortgage with them, but didn't even have a mortgage with anyone......
