I have firmed up these dates with the agencies and booked the venue.


October 13th Jersey Girls..... This is a HUBGFE party. The agency may ask for specific handles outside of CARF to be approached. Should be 10-12 girls. Inviting about 15-20 guys unless JG can increase their Girl count.

October 20th Top Drawer.... This is a boys club private event. Expecting 5-10 ladies. Annastasia and Hazel have alread confirmed. Inviting about 10-15 guys.

October 29th Allegra...............Halloween Party. This will be a bigger event. It will be promoted on HUBGFE and Twitter. Anybody outside this board can register anytime. The Rum Exchange has agreed to give me the entire venue and waive the 4500$ nut for the bar. However our event has to start at 8pm.

All 3 agencies are very pleased to run these gatherings through HUBGFE.

Please respond on this thread if you can attend so I can manage the number of external invites.

BTW. you guys will keep the info mentioned here to ourselves right. Nobody would go on Twitter and discuss these private parties? The agencies want these gatherings kept quiet. The only ones that know about these events are you guys so mom's the word. We will let HUBGFE members know first. if we need to open it up to the industry then we will keep control of the invitations. Lets not give these parties away to the competition. We have a good thing going here.

It was definitely an accident. Prophet is the best and we discussed the tweet. Prophet sets up the Party banners. I clear these parties with the moderators.

Prophet was not in the old TBC or the current TBC thus not privy to the conversations within private clubs.

Mods and even ADMIN cannot read these posts unless they have regular invited handles.

In any case, Swede: THANKS for putting these events together. Count me in for the 3 of them. If something comes up, I'll let you know but so far... I'm in for these 3 get-together's with the ladies. :biggrin2:
