No where did it mention his matching the donations or donating the fund to a shelter.

All he need do is have +pre-pay and - pre-pay added to the pos and the accounting is cake

As far as I understand customers give cash $1, $2 etc...<To pay for future pizza> and the cash value is kept on the stick on. You make 5 of them disappear per day that is around 2 grand for the owner.

Yes and no.............The idea of keeping the cash on hand to toss in a buck at a time seems foolish.
I would use the POS to track it but I am an honest person.
