It says someone donated their penis to him...WTF, did that person want to become a female, as who would have their own penis amputated just to give to some other guy...initially I thought is was one that was made artificially with tissue. So I guess the recipient can now fuck the donor...

Lol!! If so no warranty on it, even if its slightly used. In some countries alive people sell certain body parts, but can't imagine a penis. Maybe the donor's wife will be happy as now he can't bug her anymore for sex!!
