Actually, whoever said a person cannot be charged for calling the police is incorrect. They can be charged if no law is found to be broken this is called filing a false police report. You can't just call up the police on your neighbour with no just cause.......

know what I'd do? Order another pizza and when the same guy shows up? Follow him. Then whenever he breaks a HTA law I'd call the cops. See how long he can deliver pizzas with no licence.....

I don't know what it's like in the US but up here? If you see someone breaking a traffic law you can make a citizen's arrest. The best way though is to take down his plate number and simply call the cops and let them give him the ticket. You'll have to show up as a witness, but hey, payback's a bitch.....

Naw, that's illegal. The legal way would be to cite him for all the moving violations that all pizza delivery people are famous for...it'd be funny to see him try to earn a living without a driver's licence......
