OMG, this thread is hilarious! I've been ignoring but now I have to go back and start reading!
I just got $20 back for pokecoins instantly for a purchase I made last week.The other refund I opened was approved as well and should see money in a week or so, but the first request went through and refunded instantly, so if you have multiple purchases, use the biggest one.Few android friends though, said that google is refusing to refund, so YMMV

TORONTO - A 10-year-old North York boy has a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity to become a true Pokemon master.
Adam Omarali will be competing in the Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) World Championships in San Francisco later this month.
Ranked first in North America for his age group, Adam started collecting the cards when he was in Grade 1, but only entered a competition for the first time last November.
“My mother said, ‘I’m not going to get you any more cards unless you do something with them,’” he said. “So I starting looking at videos and we went to my first tournament and I finished in the top four and never looked back since.”
Adam plays in the junior division and caught his rivals by surprise when he started climbing the ranks after missing the first quarter of the competitive season.
TCG is a game in which a player creates a deck of 60 cards to “battle” an opponent by using a combination of strategy and math based on the fighting ability of Pokemon.
Players defeat opponents by “knocking out” their Pokemon.
Once a Pokemon is knocked out, players collect one of six “prize cards” that were put aside at the beginning of the game. The first player to take all the prize cards wins.
Adam learned to play by watching online articles, instructional videos, and organized play at various Pokemon leagues in the city.
His mother, Zenobia Omarali, a guidance councillor at Georges Vanier Secondary School, said her son will build on the skills he has learned from the game.
“With all that socialization and communications skills, I think he has more of a situational awareness,” she said of Adam, who finished Grade 5 this year with an A-plus average. “He has better numeracy and literacy skills and that’s why I think it’s very effective for now and into the future.”
Adam has won numerous tournaments in Canada and the United States, and has filled his trophy cabinet with awards, play mats and free boxes of cards.
Rising to the top of the Pokemon food chain isn’t his only pastime. Adam plays baseball and holds a second-degree black belt in taekwondo.
He also plays the popular Pokemon GO reality game with his mom, and thinks the game is “cool.”
“It interacts with the card game and you see various Pokemon and stuff,” he said. “It kind of relates to the card game.”
But looking ahead to the tournament, Adam said he’s working to master different styles and strategies to defeat the competition.
“I watch videos, like, almost all day — like maybe five hours — in the summer,” he said. “I probably spend about one hour play testing.”
The 2016 Pokemon World Championships runs Aug. 19-21.
If victorious, Adam will walk away with a $25,000 scholarship for his post-secondary education.

The Pokémon Illustrator card was a prize for CoroCoro Comic illustration contests in the late 1990s. A total of 39 cards were awarded, and as Bulbapediapoints out, it’s unknown as to how many still exist. Those that do are worth a whole bunch.
