I have some important clients coming to town in a couple of weeks.

One of them likes Portugeuse chicken and wants to go for some when he arrives.

Anyone have any recommendations for downtown TO?

You mean "churrasco" chicken?

These are usually take out, on Eglinton, couple of blocks west of Dufferin "Churrasqueira Portugal" best Portuguese take out in town. They do have a small sit-down section too. However you mentioned restaurants downtown. That's a different story, but they probably will have more of a fish, shellfish, steak menu rather than the piri-piri or churrasco chicken... you can try though. Our fav Portuguese restaurant is upscale though and pricey and this time of year you'd probably need reservations for sure, it's called "Chiado" and it's on College I believe. https://www.chiadorestaurant.com/ but if you want something a little bit more reasonable and tasty, then maybe you can try

Actually, I just thought of another one, "Churrasqueira Aveirense" 1184 Bloor Street West Toronto, ON M6H 1N2
(416) 538-3197 they do churrasco chicken.

Piri Piri on DuPont

Have you had blood rice? Speaking of Portuguese food, my kid can't say "fish" but can say piexe :biggrin2:
