Post Count vs Presence

What do you think makes you more of an established member? High post count or a strong presence around the site?

I'm more of a substance kind of guy. Although I like seeing the board hopping, I prefer to only post if I have something original to contribute.

I've often found myself not posting on a subject because someone already said what I have to say (looks at Becky, Nikki, and Gen).
