You must be in senior management at some company with a lot of low paid staff. That's what the senior management used to do all day when I worked for a company like that, if they weren't at the golf course, or taking personal credit for my work.

Fortunately, we weren't unionized, so I did my own salary negotiations, and made 50% more than the next highest paid employee with the same job title.
