I just ripped open a bag of PC Decadents. Is it me or have they gotten smaller? Not only the cookies, but the amount they give you per bag? There's only six cookies per row!?!? I'm pretty sure it used to be 8 cookies per row.

Bah, this is probably a good thing. I'm a firm believer in finishing what I start. six cookies rather than eight is better for my waistline.....

I noticed that as well. About 7 to 10 years ago - I also thought they changed the recipe (lower quality ingredients) not as buttery and fresh as when the originally came out.

Anyways - I use to buy them all the time. Now rarely - Loblaws tried to fuck the consumer - I have taken my money elsewhere. Now I buy cookies from independent bakeries. I still like other PC products though.

I think so too. To answer Rawd's question, I believe they have gone smaller. Many companies are trying to boost their profit margins by reducing the size or quantity of their products. This is very common these days.

Ps I dont buy those cookies anymore. I stick with the bakery....yummmmy soft chocolate chip cookies. I know they are bad for you but I don't care. I m allowed to have a few vices...cookies and ice cream.

The only cookies are home made cookies. They are so easy to make and way better than any you will find in stores. Bakeries being the exception. If any cares to have the world's best chocolate chip cookie recipe, I would gladly post it. Then, you can make them as big as you want.:biggrin2:
