I do a lot of hiring. My HR department regularly searches potentials for postings and image propagation. Amazing what you can learn from LinkedFaceInBook and other places that don't show up on the resume or get mentioned in interviews! Pictures of drunken parties every weekend always impress...

So all hail to the SPs like myself with the balls to stand up and show our faces online despite the possible ramifications, someone must stand for justice!! 'Cause I don't think there is a single hobbyist on here who has an ACTUAL picture of themselves showing.... sad commentary really.... The same men I suspect who would scurry out the back door as the police come raiding through the front.... Makes me wonder if there are any REAL men around anymore.... or just scared little pussies....

I disagree. You have decided to make yourself visible to the world. That is your choice but not for me or others to judge. "Real" is irrelevant in this case.
