Procrastination.......

So here I am posting instead of getting off my hiney and going to the gym, lol. Do you procrastinate, if so in order to avoid doing what?
 
Yeah, I "work" hard on the computer to procrastinate doing yard work until the weather is perfect. Unfortunately, it's rarely perfect and my home winds up looking abandoned.

I've done basically nothing all day... but I have to cook dinner -- lasagne -- can't let my wife cook it, she'll ruin it.
 
It's not so much procrastinating as it is getting distracted. At least that's what I tell myself. :)) After finally putting down the controller just went for a run.

You went running? Thats fucking amazing, the only time I go running is when I being chased. Or I really have to go to the can:biggrin2:
 
Haha. I hate running but signing up for an event gets you motivated to train. Almost. One month to go....

I sometime feel I have the attention span of a fly: I will go in my office to work,really ,I meant to,but I see I have a message from here so I tell myself I will just read it and somehow I end up in the lounge ,start reading and I hear the postman so I go back downstairs and see I had started the dishes but left it to come to my office where I ...
Does taking the stairs back and forth counts as exercises?
