Talked to "H" this morning. We are going to a NYE party together tonight. So its still on.
Got text from "A" this morning asking what I was doing tonight and I told her. (And no I didn't say "I am doing "H") Received a profanity laced reply.
Whats really funny is that "A" supposedly has a BF who no one ever sees.

Also, as stated, it was A who was classless in her reaction, and even more so to do it in public. IMO she did you a favour by saying No. You now know what kind of a person she is....

It makes you wonder if A was playing hard to get? Doesn't excuse her behaviour but her game came back to bite her in the ass. I have a saying: those who play hard to get, never get got (and they blame us for it).

I'm curious: how did H react to the tirade? Are you still on? If the date is, and H is still interested, that says a LOT about her (that maybe she's worth your time and effort for hopefully she sees A for who she really is...).

You are showing how classy you are by keeping the details to yourself. Mind you, I am curious about how good a time you had, but it is enough for me to know "H" had a numinous experience.

On the other hand "A" is not only lacking class, but also civility, grace and maturity. Maybe it's because I am in my 50's, but these are some of the qualities I value in people.
