Two people face charges and a third faces possible deportation in connection to a raid on a Milton massage parlour Thursday.
Concluding a month-long investigation of the Dynasty Wellness Centre, members of Halton Regional Police's Human Trafficking and Vice Unit (HTVU) executed a Criminal Code search warrant at the Derry Road/Ontario Street area massage parlour.
Subsequently, two people were charged and a third faces deportation on an outstanding immigration warrant.
Chin-Yu (Tim) Chiu, 50, of Toronto is charged with receiving material benefit from sexual services and will appear in Milton Court on April 25.
A Milton man — whose name has not been released as the investigation is ongoing — was charged with purchasing sexual services, while a female was detained and has been turned over to the Canadian Border Services Agency for processing.
The Milton massage parlour — which is now closed — was part of a 2013 investigation of Halton-wide massage parlours. While no criminal charges were laid at that time, a number of bylaw charges were issued and the business was shut down for two months, eventually reopening under different ownership.
The HTVU have ongoing investigations relating to suspicious activity in other similar establishments in the region and will be following up investigative leads.
"It's been an ongoing issue every since they reopened," said an employee of a business in the Ontario/Derry plaza, who wished to remain anonymous. "With the nature of the business, it made me very nervous. We'd see a large number of male clients coming and going."

This is targeting of men by law and society. That's why.

Read the story, but instead where it talks about men purchasing sexual services, think about women purchasing makeup.

Read the closing line of the story 'With the nature of the business, it mademe very nervous'

WTF? One of the tenants (obviously a female) felt NERVOUS because men were engaging in sexual activity? That makes her feel nervous?
 
If it was made legal - massage parlour activity - would she still feel nervous?

Is she nervous simply because it is illegal?

What about men going to see women for HJ and the like make her feel nervous?

Does she get nervous when her neighbours have sex at night?
 
This BC-36 law and all related laws are targeting men just as blacks have been targeted in the past, just as women have been targeted in the past.

I refuse to be a target.

Totally disgusting.

Think of how many police officers are current clients of escorts. Think about that for a second.

The problem is with us guys. We hide and keep secret our activities as it relates to hobbying.

Think of the Gay pride parade. That parade is an in-your-face, unashamed display of support for being gay. We should do the same, in our unique and appropriate way, in regards to the sex industry.

Myself, I tell EVERYONE that I hobby. But most guys keep it a secret. That secret keeing allows society to shun us and our activities.

I tell my Mom, Dad, sisters, bosses, co-workers and even people who interview me for a job. I see nothing wrong or different between an escort and a girlfriend/wife. They all exchange sex for benefit. That is NORMAL. To hate a woman who exchanges sex for benefit is the same as hating a brick layer who goes to a construction site and applies his trade.

Yesterday evening, I was driving down Sheppard Avenue with my wife. I pointed out and named all the massage parlours I have been to along that street, right in front of my wife. She knows I go - I tell her. She accepts it. She has to. If she doesn't accept it, then I don't accept her. This is my right, as a human, as a man, to engage in sexual activity with whomever I chose. If I want to visit a T-girl, I have that right. If I want to be a swinger with a married couple, I have the right to do that. No one tells me otherwise.

I don't mind when people voice objection, but there is a difference between voicing objection and using force and punishment to get someone to stop something you disagree with.

Think about this:

We live in a society where dogs/cats can get access to private medical care, but human beings are denied this access. In Ontario, it is illegal to purchase private medical insurance for medically necessary care. But, my dog can carry such insurance. A society with such FUCKED UP morals should never dictate to others about their MORALS. Totally disgusting!!!!

Best way to change the laws is to change the people who make them.
