The Prez said, Francesca is, "more thin and willowy than her pictures". This is not the same as saying sombody is thin. When they look just right, they are not too thin, not too fat, they are just right.
Reading "The Story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears" would be a good start. The plot illustrates relative concepts like this. Not too hot...not too cold...that porridge was juuuuuust right.
