BR+No idea what the cure is, and it's my second region of arthritis I've been suffering with it in my lower back forever. In fact, it was what got me into massage in the first place. Massage never cured my back and leg pain, but it sure cured my blue balls. :biggrin2:

Doctor says there's no cure. And it looks like my entire spine is getting pulverized, vertebra by vertebra

Hey BR!! I realize this goes back awhile, I also have learned there is no cure for sure. Meanwhile Naproxen (50 MG twice per day with food) is the anti inflammatory of choice which can be taken with Tylenol. I am at the point where 60cc of steroid is injected (between L4 and L5 of your spine to relieve the pain. These injections are not painful and covered and performed at a Hospital by a pain specialist. Get your name in now, the current waiting list is 2 years.

Sorry guys....a drive that was like a "March of Penguins" this morning, that took me an hour to get from Bayshore Drive , after a Drs' appt, back to Merivale Rd, sufficiently discouraged me from the trek across town and deep into Vanier. Sorry...maybe by February the Ottawa drivers will have a handle on this winter thing.....got a lot of Christmas errands and shopping out of the way though and my car is washed and tucked in the indoor garage... will be seeing, the well reco'd, Asian Violet on Friday...

One of the larger turn-outs in awhile: me, mmad, paul mott, and skinflute. Or maybe that's an average turnout? I can't remember, but it was great to see you DOB's. I think my entire month of forced virginity was finished off over the past few days, went to see all of my regulars and they took good care of me, and this was the celebration of its ending! Better to be back in Canada in the cold than in the heat of India anyways. :BigHug:

We saw a product demo at the PM, although except for Ashley and one other, the place was dead and one girl came up to us and asked if we wanted to see her finger herself. My mental response was I'd prefer to use my own finger on her...well not really as she wasn't my type to waste a good clean finger on...lol
