I believe our beloved Saturday night watching Hockey Night In Canada will soon be a distant memory. I for one will miss admiring Don Cherry's taste in suits.

Don Cherry will be part of Rogers broadcasts for a number of reasons!

1. Rogers knows he brings ratings.
2. Don Cherry already works for Rogers on a radio show of some kind.
3. The dirty little Gary Bettman knows Cherry is very important to hockey.

I wouldn't be shocked if Cherry gets a better deal or gets a better deal from one of the American broadcasters.
