Set him free. If I was a bear, I wouldn't want to live there either.

I have a friend who works with wildlife. He says he's convinced that animals held in captivity are happy because all they care about is an endless food supply that they don't have to work to find, but I can't imagine a well fed wild animal being happy while kept in a small space, not able to roam.

Needs to be slow roasted or stewed.

Bear tends to be s bit tough, so it benefits from slow cooking.
I recommend root veggies as a side dish.

How many here are avid hunters? i do have several associates that partake in the moose and deer hunt as well as one in particular who enjoys hunting black bear. I have tasted deer, moose and wild boar which was very tasty but not bear yet.
