I personally lost a beloved 4-legged family member extremely suddenly last night - the Humane Society is my personal favourite charity and even a small amount helps so many, no matter what charity you donate to.

Condolences, what did he die of?.

A cancerous stomach tumor that ruptured and bled. He appeared to be in perfect health, and all his bloodwork and tests for his yearly checkup came back just fine. Nothing wrong that showed up before this, happy and playful all day - always, all days. No signs of pain, nor appetite loss, running around as usual all day long. Then couldn't get up. Rushed to the emergency vet, and they said surgery would be 50/50 and then chemo if surgery successful. He passed away while waiting for the surgeon.

We both lost a loved four legged friend within days of each other as you know
I will be doing my usual donation to my local humane society like always
