I'm not sure but does Sassy have a new phone girl? I'm not impressed at all, a little rude and standoffish to say the least.

Never called them again.

Sorry to hear about such bad customer service experiences. On the contrary, I received exceptional customer service from the phone girl in question.

Phone staff make or break an agency. They can bring the business in or drive it away. Sassys is a great place. Hope they sort this out.

I've personally never had an issue there (granted it's been a while) but I do know there are places I won't go at least due in part to the phone staff.
