This Is What It's Like To Be A 12-Year-Old Gay Girl In A Mormon Church In Utah.

Before 12-year-old Savannah Ward was able to finish what we later find out is her "coming out" speech in front of her church's congregation, she was told to leave the stage by one of the senior members of the church.

From the looks and sounds of it, no one expected Ward to come out as a lesbian. Pretty brave kid considering she probably knew what kind of reaction she was going to get.

:good: I hope that person that asked her to sit down is told himself to sit down throughout his life and that his beliefs are squashed. She is a very brave, intelligent and strong young lady, with obviously good parents guiding her. Bravo
