It's one thing to report a bad experience (welcome, actually) but to take it to a personal vendetta is childish and spiteful. I very much doubt the experience was as you report (you really were there only ten minutes? Bullshit!) which means you are exagerating at least on a number of points, which again questions the credibility of your whole review.

You critcize her, have the balls to take objective criticism yourself.
