To play devil's advocate, I do think he has a legitimate beef if the girl claims 30 mins into an hour session that it's over and he only gets one pop (assuming what he said is accurate; which I do have my doubts). In a situation like that where the girl is unwilling/unable to continue, you'd think some sort of consideration would be in order..

I don't agree JB. If you are big, then you know that you are big. If you are big then You have had situations where a girl is uncomfortable with you. You have an extra responsibility to look after your partner. Just because she is an SP on the clock doesn't give you the Green Light to hurt a girl. To wail away on her and expect her to take you because you paid and she's a pro. You make sure that she is handling you and she is safe. With great power comes great responsibility.

In a similar vain, if someone's hurting you (and they may very well be oblivious to it), you have the responsibility to speak up, as well.
