I dont care care if he told them to grow up or if he said "when you grow up".
These are 11/12 year old kids. I have 2 nieces and 1 nephew that age. They have seen tits and ass before. They have seen it online in crude fashion and they have seen it in artistic nudes all around my house.
When they first notice it at ages 5-6, we would explain that nudity is not bad in art. As they get older we explain modesty and privacy but still not shaming the human body. When they get to double digit age, they start to learn about the sexual components of nudity and you hope that you are teaching them more then the internet. By teen years, you hope you have shown them some sense of responsibility and appreciate for the human body as whole because by then, they are lost to porn no matter what you do.
Telling 11/12 years to grow up when looking at some artistically draw nipples is not a firing crime.
I really hope this guy fights because it seems to me, the school is throwing him under the bus for their fuck up of having the shit in the library in the first place.
