I don't usually post in the lobby, but today pissed me off.
I had a much anticipated appointment with a very lovely agency lady. She's quite popular and this would've been my first time seeing her. An early afternoon appointment was not available so I was content to bide my time and took a late afternoon time slot. I texted the agency to announce my arrival (early) and to let them know I was content on waiting until my appointed time. Time ticked away and it soon became past my appointed time. Being a vet, I had a feeling something was not right in wonderland. I texted back to see if everything was under control. I was asked to standby. At this time, I knew it wasn't going to turn out well.
A few moments later, my phone rang and seeing the call ID, it was the agency. The lovely young lady on the other end was the owner. She explained to me that her employee had a bad client and she was not in any condition to continue for the day. I was enraged. Not because of my missing appointment, but because some asshole scumbag hurt one of our lovely ladies. To this young ladies credit, she wanted to keep my appointment. The owner and I agreed that would not be a good idea. Excuse her for the day and let her collect herself and perhaps a few days off. The owner thanked me for my patience and offered compensation. As I've said to other owners, these things are out of our control. I don't want to profit or discount at the young ladies expense. I declined the compensation. If offered on my next booking, I will refuse it again.
I wanted to ask who this scumbag was so I could take care of him myself. This is EXACTLY why prostitution should be legalized. Had there been safety factors at hand, this might not have happened.
Young lady, I hope you're okay. Don't let this one scumbag let you think that all men are the same. There are some good ones out there.
