ORLANDO, Fla. —A service dog and a pregnant deaf woman were punched on an Orlando-bound flight Thursday, police said.
Orlando police said the incident happened on Frontier Airlines Flight 1752 while it was traveling from Colorado Springs to Orlando.

According to an incident report from the Orlando Police Department, the woman, who is 20 weeks pregnant, and her boyfriend, who also is deaf, were traveling with their service dog, a Great Dane named Zariel.
As the plane descended a 59-year-old man's wife complained of being allergic to dogs, officials said. When the plane landed and taxied to the gate, the dog woke up and stood up. A man then allegedly punched the dog with a closed fist, causing it to yelp, the report said.
The couple began yelling at the man, who police said reacted by getting into the man’s face. At some point, the man punched the pregnant woman in the stomach, officials said.
Police said the altercation continued into the terminal at Orlando International Airport. Video sent to WESH 2 News shows a man running after another man in the terminal.
The pregnant woman's boyfriend said he tackled the 59-year-old man and held him on the ground until police arrived.
Police said the case has been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation because it happened on an airplane.
It’s unclear what, if any charges the man will face.
