I didn't get it, so I only got to thumb through it. But given what I saw, and your and 3some's proclivities, I would doubt it prove use full. That's not to say you won't though.

As for myself, I didn't get it because...Well WTF good is a book on sex to someone who a) has said No to bad sex, b) generally doesn't get sex any way, c) is prone to anxiety attacks while reading dating/relationship/sex books.
