That's nasty, but the worst part is that it's someone's profile pic on Plenty of Fish... do they really think they'll get a date with that pic? Yikes... LOL

As for the profile, I think it's a gag photo.......at least I HOPE it's a gag photo because it sure made me gag when I saw it lol
(but what's even scarier is that even if it IS a gag photo, it IS a photo of someone and they thought it was fine to go to the beach like that....FUUUUCK)
