If service is your metric than I would classify these women in the following way: Kelsey and Candice are both PSE and have a service rating of 10 whereas Shannon and Jamie are GFE and have a service rating of 9.5 and 9 respectively. Furthermore, IMO Shannon is very new to this Industry and has the potential to be a star if she expands her menu.
