Yes, we are visual creatures. Men and women respond favourably to what is esthetically pleasing. But it's not the be all end all. Sort, fat, or ugly men have landed some seriously gorgeous girls by just having good game. I've seen some rather homely or bigger girls land some pretty good looking men the same way. Personality, body language, are a huge factor in attraction.

I've been fucked by taller women (or women slightly shorter), and without paying for it.

But yeah, generally, women go for taller men, but it's not the be all and end all.

actually, it doesn't really come down to visual attractiveness, it is all about "who will provide the best protection"? Women or females will almost always choose the biggest baddest mofo.

But this just reinforces my "idea" that women are basically no better than men (even though they claim not to be). I can't TELL you how many short...ahem..ok...MIDGET women I've run into on singles boards who are asking for men 6' or taller. Hell, I contacted one who was 4'9" and wanted a guy 6' or more. When she gave me a very curt response I said: well, one thing you have going for you: you won't have to kneel down to give him a blow job lol.....

Yeah, receding hairline. BFD I bet if you complained that any of those women had saggy tits, a mole, kankles or a front bum, they'd scream superficial superficial. Or if you said you prefered a slim body type, they'd scream broomstick broomstick....

This is true and the reason is simply Darwinian and related to survival of the species. Women are attracted to tall strong men who can reach the ripe fruit at the top of the tree and defend the cave.

I myself am a short man ( taller than HOF ) but thankfully I have very long arms so certain women remain attracted to me.

this is yet another reason I think our species is doomed. Evolution is causing men to be shorter, because we don't need to reach the top shelf at the grocery store (ladders), more and more to be bald (we invented a thing called hats to protect our noodle from the sun/cold) and we no longer have to kill our prey to provide. THE provider of the future will be short, bald and have horn rimmed glasses and be an IT kazillionaire....

I can do a search on the net but I was watching a discovery channel program that was about human evolution. They basically fed the various states of homo sapiens throughout our history then fed into current and future conditions. With the warming of the planet and our invention of clothing, we became less hairy (well, except for greeks), and smaller, and then in the future, it showed that we'd be shorter, and balder, with bigger lungs (due to lack of oxygen in the atmosphere), bigger heads (due to increased brain capacity) but we'd die off eventually because women just won't fuck a short bald round dude........

A good example is look at the amount of chubby kids these days? I remember in the '70s, there'd be maybe 1 boy or 1 girl that was big per class. Now? it is at least half if not more.......

Actually, we're getting taller, due to better nutrition. If you've ever been to Europe, visiting the castles and museums, you would notice the armour displayed fits dudes that were 5'5 or so. Also, a receding hairline is largely due to more testosterone in your body than average. Considering the amount of progesterone and estrogen in our water supply, you can expect there to be less balding men than more.

6 foot 1 is a bit too tall for a girl. My perfect height is about 5'8" to 5'10" on a girl.

No matter what you say though..no one likes rejection so I guess on both sides taking that chance of even saying hello these days is difficult...we are all so fragile.

Well, you really should only look at "normal" guys for comparison. A "rock star" has his own attractiveness simply because of what he does. Take that same guy and put him in a dive bar on Kingston Road shooting pool and would this tall gorgeous women look twice at him? I highly doubt it.

This whole thread reminded me of this time down at the marina where I kept my boat. This woman I was dating at the time was 6' (I'm 5-8) and she cut her foot on some glass on shore. I carried her down to my slip, No. 65, from shore and 1) she didn't think I could do it and 2) it looked like an ant carrying a giraffe lol...

One thing about this tall chick though: in my aft cabin in the boat it was 4' high around your head, then dropped to about 32" around your hips and lower (cuddy cabin). When we were fucking and I was on top, on more than one occasion I went to move to another position and she said "where you going" and pinned me against the ceiling with her long legs lol......
